Impossible to open the individually plastic wrapped tea bags. Please get rid of these or change the packaging, and at least offer another choice of Earl Grey. The other Earl Grey that is non-organic was just fine and tastes the same with much easier packaging. I don’t want to struggle to open a single tea bag first by trying to rip it open where it is cut (didn’t work), then with a knife (wouldn’t puncture), then having to resort to scissors. Just make it simple! Also offer two kinds of Earl Grey so we aren’t forced to buy just that one. In my store in Mission Viejo there is only one Earl Grey being offered now and it is this pain in the arse one@!

Usually I am allergic to bergamot oil in Earl Grey teas, so this is the only one that I drink! It’s delicious and a great price for the amount you get (20 bags). It’s true that you sometimes have to use a sharp tool to open the tea bags, but it doesn’t happen all the time and I don’t mind just pulling out some scissors.

Can’t be real bergamot oil. Probably the grossest earl grey I’ve ever had. It tastes kinda like they mixed the smell of Windex, acetone, and bergamot together. Also the clear bags don’t keep any light out so the tea goes bad faster but that’s not an issue since it’s already bad!
