This pita is pretty good! I’m not saying it’s the level that you’d get from, for example, your favorite local Mediterranean restaurant. However, it’s perfectly good to eat at home, whether making your own falafel wrap, dipping in hummus, or some other use.

This pita bread is questionable… reminds me of plain white dough.NO TASTE LEAVES AN AFTER taste IN YOUR MOUTH

We use these daily. They’re just okay if you eat them raw, but if you cook them on the stovetop in a bit of butter or olive oil that’s where they really shine.
