This ends up tasting good once it’s cooked, but it falls apart and is so hard to roll/work with when trying to flatten it into a pizza! For that reason, I generally avoid buying it because it’s not worth the hassle to me.

This dough is perfect for making pizza at home. I had a learning curve with it – if you don’t let it sit out long enough, it will be hard to work with and fall apart (the package recommends this anyway)
I pull mine out of the package, drizzle a bit of olive oil, and let it rest on my pizza pan for about 30 minutes. After it reaches room temperature, its much easier to work with.
