I made a Spanish Chicken and Rice dish and it held up very well.

I made stir fry from the riced hearts of palm and added peas and cubed carrots, chopped scallions, cubed zucchini, minced garlic, TJ’s Vegan Chicken-less Seasoning Salt and a splash of Tamari!! This dish was so good!!

I have a Trader Joe’s near me. I’m on a low carb diet, so I’m always looking for new veggies, new low carb substitutes. I tried Trader Joe’s Hearts of Palm Linguini and hated it. I took a chance on the riced palm of hearts, and I totally love it. It’s the closest thing to rice – I swear! I love it.

I made a stir fry with Trader Joe’s Organic Ready, Set, Salad (green cabbage, kale, red cabbage, and carrots), onion, and chicken thighs with Trader Joe’s coconut aminos. I prepared the riced heart of palm as directed on the package. I served the stir fry over the riced heart of palm. It was so delicious!! I will definitely make this dish again.

I saute thinly sliced red, orange and yellow peppers, sweet onion, artichoke hearts, cherry tomatoes and sliced chicken sausage and serve it over the Riced Hearts of Palm .
