Amazing scallops in a tasty cream sauce with mushrooms and peas. My “go to” seafood fix. Absolutely love this !

The package shows an enticing dish, but it’s anything but. In reality there’s maybe a tbsp of peas and about 6 tiny pieces of mushroom. The sauce was extremely bland so I added salt, pepper, and garlic. I also sautéed red pepper and onion and added them in. This made it much more palatable so I had it over TJ’s Trofie pasta for a complete meal. I wouldn’t purchase again.

I agree with Marsha B. Its mostly creamy liquid with thicker. It’s really just as easy to buy some frozen seafood / scallops, chopp a few onions , sautee in frying pan for a few minutes and pour over a little cream or milk and cornstarch. Try some fresh dill or cilantro. Crushed garlic of you like much much more satisfying. than a frozen bag of almost nothing.

Just opened saucy scallops and found lots of mushrooms in cream sauce. BUT..not one scallop! Obviously a packaging error..but..shall return empty package and see what happens..(ate the mushrooms..actually quite good).
