Had a sample. Not a fan of smoked products. It definitely had a smoky flavor. Can’t really taste the chive and onion. But, maybe that’s because I only had a sample. Cheese texture is like any other cheddar.

I HAD A SAMPLE WITH A SLICE OF APPLE. I LOVED IT SO MUCH I PURCHASED THE CHEESE. IT WAS SO GOOD I DIDN’T SHARE IT!!
