solid gouda texture in a slice. Not too smoky, great flavor. And it becomes transcendent when combined with TJ’s soy chorizo in an egg sandwich!

It has a very different after taste than Gouda cube. Didn’t like it.

It’s very delicious cheese, but it’s very hard to separate slices, please use larger size separating paper. Please and thank you.

Yummy!! I agree with Zina’s review, the slices are hard to separate from the paper…….but this IS the best tasting smoked gouda cheese.
