TJ’s lentil wrap is one of my favorite prepared meals that they sell. The tahini sauce that comes on the side is absolutely delicious for dipping the wrap into. Each bite leaves you wanting more! The lentil wrap itself is a great combination of soft and crunchy (the wrap breading is cooked long enough to be toasted).
Sometimes there’s a little too much lettuce in the wrap, but overall a reliably 5-star lunch.

when they 1 serving is it both wraps? Or is it 565 calories per wrap in box?

These are delicious, especially with some Trader Joe’s Amaranth/Quinoa blue corn chips on the side.

Incredibly tasty and with just the right amount of spiciness. Unwrap, put the delicious sauce inside before heating up (approx. 60-70 seconds).
Vegan, but high in calories and fat. Good choice for a “cheat day”.

Fantastic vegan option. the sauce is good enough to sell/buy separately if that ever becomes an option. The wrap is not too soggy or soft and not too firm or brittle either. A lot of cabbage but its cut small enough to not be totally offputting and the lentils add an extra dimension of flavor and texture. An absolute win!

One of my favorites. So tasty you don’t even realize it’s vegan. Hard to believe the entire package is sub-600 calories though? Seems a little too good to be true but I’ll take it!

Hello from the year 2024. I haven’t had this in a couple years and used to love it. Just got it today and while the taste is still good (sauce is great), it was almost completely empty. Each half was only filled about half way. The lavash wraps around itself about 3 times because it is so empty inside. This purchase is mostly bread. For the price, ($4.50 or $4.99) I would grab something else.
I would’ve even been happy if they at least just bulked it up with plain cabbage instead of leaving it empty :/
