This Sriracha sauce is a good thing to have in the cupboard, but it is not Huy Fong and will not be a suitable replacement for a die-hard fan of that sauce. I have found that it has it’s place in my kitchen, but only for certain uses. I’d recommend giving it a try, though.

Not a fan of this sriracha. I’ve tried them all due to the periodic sriracha shortage, and this is probably my least favorite. It has a funky taste that really stands out no matter what I put it on. It just doesn’t work with most things. A few times I’ve put it on something that does make sense, but I can’t think of an example of when this has happened off the top of my head. If it were hotter I feel like it would work with the strange flavor profile better, but it’s fairly mild
