A delicious, flavorful and smooth coffee. Love the medium roast which is balanced and not too acidic. There are light citrus notes upon first sip. French press is my preferred method using filtered water. It’s small beach which is nice. Fair trade would be even better but it’s a coffee I would def buy again and hope to see.
