Bake for longer than instructions say by a good five minutes. Indulgent and delicious with puff pastry and assorted mushrooms- cut into small bite size pieces it’s a perfect party appetizer. Too rich for me to eat a whole large slice but i buy for an appetizer when guests come.

LOVE these. In my oven, 10 min is plenty. I will also add diced ham befor baking. And, unfortunately, I CAN eat the whole thing. Arugula salad on the side and I have a lucious meal!

Really good, but I agree — it needs to bake longer, but keep an eye on it.

It’s awful! The pastry is okay, but it has no mushroom flavor and is far too salty.

This is heavenly! Put it directly on the rack in your oven and it comes out perfectly. Just beware–this stuff is addictive!

Please never discontinue this tarte!
Smells delicious right out of the oven. It’s creamy and juicy from the mushrooms and emmental and parmesan cheese blend. It’s not very large. You could probably eat the whole thing yourself or share it with another person as an appetizer.

The Way to crisp up the middle is to preheat the baking sheet in the warming oven, and bake for 18-20 mins.

LOVE THIS. It is so delish. I do recommend wax paper on a cookie sheet for about 15 min, it got crispy and perfect. We always add extra mushrooms on ours. Served with an arugula salad its our favorite meal. One for me and one for my husband, they are small and super thin. Very tasty!

I agree with other reviews that one should preheat the cookie sheet, keep an eye on it, it will probably need a little extra time. This is delicious! I sprinkled it with garlic powder and tarragon. Next time I will add extra fresh mushrooms.
