Ronald Theriot –
The King’s English IPA has a rather thin, cream-colored head, a mostly clear, copper appearance, and fairly substantial and stringy lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of sweet, slightly spiced (from the hops?) bread crust or coffee cake, and the flavor is of sweet, spiced, syrupy, brown bread, with earthy, almost cellared hop bitterness at the end. Mouthfeel is light to medium, and a touch slick, and The King’s English IPA finishes semi-dry and highly drinkable. RJT
