Absolutely the tastiest salami we’ve ever eaten. I pair it with crackers, Manchego and goat Gouda cheeses, and have it as a light dinner on nights we don’t feel like making a production of cooking. The only drawback is that it’s hard to stop eating it!
A bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. Don’t buy just one package; get two.
