I love this product. It’s not exactly what I expected, I thought it would be pure smoky bacon flavor with a jelly-jam consistency but it is more of a smoky, sweet, savory, flavor with a bit of a tart kick. I threw some in a traditional vinaigrette and ate it with a salad made from TJ’s baby greens, some spinach, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, heirloom tomatoes and chunks of turkey. It was delicious. I have also mixed it with cream cheese and ate that with some crackers and for breakfast and stirred a little into my scrambled eggs. It’s not something I would eat every day but it is something interesting for my always curious palate. I give it 4 stars, docking it 1star because I think it could be just a little bit better.

OMG!!!!! I love this product! I have had so many other bacon jams and have not found one that compares. I found so many uses for this. I am once again disappointed that they discontinued this great product. Wish they would bring it back at least seasonally so I could buy a case or two to hold me over.
Please bring this versatile and delicious product back.
