This was my first time having overnight oats, so I can’t compare how these are to other brands or homemade versions. But I really liked this! I wasn’t sure what to expect, and opening it up, the mushy texture looked a bit intimidating. A few bites in, though, I was hooked. The almond butter gives it a dessert-like taste, and it was filling. I would get this again whether to eat for breakfast, a snack, or even a healthier dessert.

Absolutely love these! I too would gladly eat this as a dessert. It’s so good. I’ve never made my own overnight oats, but these have become a regular breakfast for me. They’re around 250 calories, which is enough to be a filling start to my day without going totally over the top. Also nice that they’re gluten-free and vegan.

5/2/23- I was really excited to try these and purchased 4 packages for a full week of breakfasts for mornings in the office. Monday’s batch was fine, not the best overnight oats I’ve tried, but decent. This morning however, it was clear the oats had fermented. The taste was rancid, it was vinegary and carbonated. My tongue burned and tingled. It was awful. I checked the package to see if they were out of date, but the expiration date was supposed to be 5/29/23! They went bad refrigerated at the correct temperature almost a MONTH before they were supposed to. Will never buy again.
