The new vegetable samosas are much richer than the previous ones. There is more healthier *greens* inside– and there is much more flavor. These are a regular purchase for me. Great for when the kids come home and at dinner.

These vegetarian samosas are good! I’m not always a huge potato & pea samosa fan, but these mini ones are perfect, because each bites has a nice crisp to it.

These Samosas are real lifesavers. They are SO easy to make, but SO complex in flavor and presentation. I mention presentation because they actually look pretty beautiful! The vegetables inside seem fairly simple but the way they are spiced seems very similar to the Samosas I’ve tried in restaurants. It is a bit spicy, quite flavorful, and each vegetable really does retain it’s own flavor. But the real star here is the amazing, flaky pastry on the outside. It tastes wonderfully fried, although it is also healthy. I like it so much that sometimes I unwrap the vegetables and eat the pastry separately. My personal technique with these Samosas is to dip them in homemade Pear Jam…. I know that might sound weird, but it is unbelievable.
