Ingredients:
- 1 package of Trader Joe’s Lemon Pepper Chicken Breast
- 1 package of Trader Joe’s Microwaveable Asparagus
- 1 sprinkle of Trader Joe’s Onion Powder [optional]
- 1 sprinkle of Trader Joe’s Garlic Salt [optional]
- 1 sprinkle of Trader Joe’s Herb Salt [optional]
- 1 cup of Trader Joe’s Basmati Rice
- Trader Joe’s Olive Oil or Olive Oil Spray
Directions:
- Set stove to low and heat 1 cup water and 1 cup rice in pot for twenty minutes
- Set another burner to medium heat and add olive oil to pan
- Cut up the lemon pepper chicken into desired size pieces, add to pan
- Cut up asparagus, add to pan
- Sprinkle garlic salt, herb salt, and onion powder as desired
- Cook on medium-high for ten minutes, stirring occasionally
- Put rice in bowls and add chicken/asparagus on top
