Trader Joe’s Sriracha Tofu Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Trader Joe’s Firm Tofu
- 1 package of Trader Joe’s Broccolini
- 1 package of Trader Joe’s White Mushrooms
- 1 cup of Trader Joe’s Jasmine White Rice
- 1-2 tbsps of Trader Joe’s Garlic Olive Oil
- Trader Joe’s Sriracha (as desired)
Directions:
- Boil 2 cups of water and add 1 cup of rice, set timer for 20 minutes
- When timer has about ten minutes left, heat stovetop to medium and start chopping up tofu into cubes and veggies as desired
- Add one to two tablespoons of garlic olive oil to pan
- Add cubed tofu and chopped broccolini/mushrooms
- Cook for about five minutes (or until desired)
- Serve over rice
- Add Sriracha as desired
